Arbru’s beers each have their own story, and this page puts all their tasting notes in one easy place. From light and crisp to bold and roasty, these notes highlight the flavours, aromas, and small details that make our brews what they are.

Arbru Beer Tasting Notes
Session Lager: Easy drinking. Light and slightly sweet with flavours of pale malt. Minimal hop bitterness, with the faintest hint of floral grassy notes.
New England IPA: Juicy, hazy appearance with aromas of tropical fruits, most prominent, grapefruit. Delicious and very approachable for an IPA! Staff favourite.
Summer Blonde: Approachable, clean and dry light malt aromas with notes of biscuit, cracker, or lightly toasted bread with a hint of caramel, low bitterness.
Coffee Truck Stout: Black with a creamy tan head; aromas of cold brew coffee, vanilla, and roasted malt. Smooth and balanced, this stout pours like a latte - with subtle sweetness, gentle bitterness, and a velvety finish that's refreshingly easy to drink.
Amber Ale: Balanced blend of malt sweetness and gentle hop bitterness with aromas of caramel and toffee
Cran Bru Ale: Blush pink with soft white head, aromas of ripe strawberry, sourdough bread, and pink peppercorns; flavours of tart cranberry flesh, raw honey and spice.
Mexican Cerveza: Feel like you're in Mexico. Clean, refreshing, light and crisp, with subtle notes of malted grain, a hint of floral hops, and a touch of citrus.
Raspberry Wheat: Refreshing, complex flavours with a distinct yeast character. Prominent aromas of raspberry, clove, and hints of bubblegum & vanilla from the Belgian yeast. Overall clean with refreshing character.
West Coast IPA: Well balanced malt with notes of caramel, toffee and biscuit. Approachable hop aromas with notes of pine, resin, and grapefruit.
NA Sobru: Light malt aromas with notes of cereal grains and biscuit, with a clean and approachable malt profile. Tastes almost like real beer.
